Daryl Peterson grew up in Wayne County. Spending much of his time outdoors in this beautiful place gave him an appreciation and understanding of the local wildlife.
Fascinated by birds, particularly birds of prey, led him to learn and practice falconry at an early age. Daryl is a master falconer with years of experience flying and training these magnificent birds.
He has drawn and painted since he was a boy and uses a variety of mediums to portray birds and other wildlife. He has been published in magazines and books and his artwork hangs in the Saudi Arabian embassy in Washington DC.
