Rebekka is a self-taught printmaker who specializes in linocut relief prints. Her art is inspired by the vast landscapes of the Colorado plateau and their incredibly resilient inhabitants. Being raised in southwestern Utah with exposure to public lands, she fed her adventurous spirit by hiking, backpacking, climbing and canyoneering. These experiences lead her to pursue a ranger career with the National Park Service were she worked in parks across the western United States including Zion, Sequoia, Rocky, Yosemite, Wrangell St. Elias and Grand Canyon National Parks. She recently resigned from the National Park Service to focus on her art.
